Mountain City

Grand Ballroom — 600 m² Indoor Event Venue in Limassol, Cyprus

The Grand Ballroom is Mountain City's only fully indoor, climate-controlled venue: a 600 square metre space in Korfi, Limassol, seated for 500 guests or up to 1,200 cocktail-style. Ceilings reach 7 metres at their peak, and a 500 square metre ceiling projection-mapping system, paired with a 5120×3360 mm LED video wall and a DMX512-controlled lighting grid, lets the room transform for any theme. Because it is the estate's only enclosed space, the Grand Ballroom also serves as Mountain City's year-round and wet-weather option, the indoor fallback for weddings, galas and productions that would otherwise be held outdoors on the 21,000 m² property.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the capacity of the Grand Ballroom?

The Grand Ballroom is 600 m² with a 7 m maximum ceiling height. It seats 500 guests banquet-style or holds up to 1,200 for a cocktail-style reception.

Is the Grand Ballroom suitable for a wet-weather or winter event?

Yes. It is Mountain City's only fully indoor, climate-controlled venue, which makes it the estate's natural wet-weather and winter alternative to the five outdoor and semi-outdoor spaces.

What production equipment is built into the Grand Ballroom?

A 500 m² ceiling projection-mapping system, a 5120×3360 mm (2048×1344 px) LED video wall, a DMX512-controlled lighting and laser rig, and a 16-speaker sound system are all installed in the venue. See the full equipment list on this page.

Can the Grand Ballroom be combined with other Mountain City venues?

Yes. All six Mountain City venues sit on one 21,000 m² property, so events routinely move between the Grand Ballroom and one or more outdoor venues, for example an outdoor ceremony followed by an indoor reception.
